New rule: If we’re supposed to meet up somewhere and I call your cell phone 3 times or more, and you don’t respond within a certain amount of time, it’s called off and I’m going back home. End of story.

I’ve had this happen to me twice this week. I was supposed to have plans Monday-Thursday this week, but now it’s only been Tuesday and Wednesday. A real disappointment.

I’ve played tennis for the fourth time this summer. All the outings were against people of varying difficulties, and it has formed my game a little. The thing is that I still don’t know if I’m going to try to join the team this upcoming season. Not the most important decision right now, though, as that won’t come until April.

I’m pretty much all ready to go for school. I need to figure out how much money the class has to spend ASAP so I know what we can and can’t do.

The Cheney presidency – The Boston Globe

Such a beautiful read. Everyone blames Bush for all the presidency problems, when he’s really just a figurehead and a scapegoat. The one causing the real problem is Cheney and a few of his cronies. Make sure you put reading that article on your list of things to do today!

The UK has supposedly caught terrorists before they could do anything. They’re now banning all liquids that can be carried on planes until further notice. Examples include water, shampoo, condtioner..the works. I was at work yesterday and the whole security thing came up. One person said “Yeah, they’re gonna put explosives in their Dimetap” or something like that, and I said “the sad part about that is that I could see someone doing that”.

Guess what? There’s an article on Howstuffworks that explains how liquid explosives might be made. This just makes that whole joke situation a little bit more eerie…
