Apple’s limited choice creates more satisfaction. Less time is spent trying to find the right player, less time (if any at all) is spent wondering if the chosen player was actually the right one, and as a result, more time is spent simply enjoying the purchase.

A really good read on why what Apple is doing is right, and why its customers are so satisfied. Of course, being satisfied to this extent does not mean we blindly accept any productthat comes out. Like any body, we complain, and we ask for change. But overall, we would not go the other way.

    I agree with the smaller amount of choices being better argument. I like Apple’s products better because to me they look and work better than everything else. I also like to customize my computer (dig into its resources from time to time) and I find that to be horrifyingly scary on a Windows machine.
