WASHINGTON (CNN) — Sen. Richard Lugar, the ranking Republican on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, released a draft report Monday saying it is time to reconsider longtime U.S. economic sanctions on Cuba.

A short and interesting article positing a claim that the embargo we have on Cuba is not working. It is an interesting point of view and it leads me to question why we actually still have such an embargo. Maybe we can benefit from trading with them and having another friend?
