Think of it this way, if you were one of the most powerful hitters on MLB's most loved team, how would you feel? He relies on knocking them out of the park because, like you said, that's his best ability. I don't know about you but when i see Ortiz or Youk get up to bat, I have high hopes. Even Lowell has been stepping up incredibly this season. I think the Sox's recent losses have a lot to do with Youk and Daisuke being on the disabled list.
